Call the clinic or send a WhatsApp message. There is no booking form to fill in — you speak to us, we tell you what is free, and it is done in a minute. If you message on WhatsApp, say what the problem is and we will suggest a slot with enough time for it.

Call the clinic and say you are in pain. Toothache, swelling, a broken tooth or a lost filling or crown are fitted in wherever the day allows, and you will be told honestly whether that is today or tomorrow rather than being given a slot that does not exist. Call rather than message if it is urgent.

Tell us when you book, and the appointment is given more time. Nothing is done without being explained and shown first, you agree a signal to stop at any point, and the first visit can be nothing more than a look and a conversation. A great many patients start exactly this way.

Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 1 pm and again from 5 pm to 8 pm. The clinic is closed between 1 pm and 5 pm, and closed on Sundays. The status shown at the top of this website is live, so it tells you whether calling right now will reach anyone.

Around twenty to thirty minutes for a consultation and examination. If you are coming in with pain, allow longer — we would rather deal with the problem than book you back for it.

Any recent X-rays or dental records you have, a list of your medications, and details of medical conditions such as diabetes, heart problems, or blood thinners. All of these change how treatment is planned.

Call the clinic and you will be given the current consultation fee before you come in. We do not publish a price list, because a figure on a web page becomes a quote for a mouth nobody has examined — and patients then arrive expecting it to apply to a case it does not.

Yes. After the examination you are given a plan setting out what is recommended, what the alternatives are, and what each will cost. Nothing is started until you have seen it and agreed to it.

No. The plan is set out in order of priority, so you can see what genuinely needs doing now and what can safely be spread over the coming months. Treatment can be staged to suit your budget, and it is normal to do so.

Yes. A proper bill and treatment record are provided for every course of treatment, which is what most employer and insurance schemes need in order to reimburse you. Ask when you book if your scheme has a particular format.

The reputation comes from the toothache that sends people in, not from the treatment. The tooth is fully anaesthetised, and for most patients it feels much like having a filling — the relief usually starts in the same appointment. Say the moment you feel anything and more anaesthetic is given.

Between 45 and 90 minutes per visit. A front tooth is often finished in one sitting; a molar has more canals and usually takes two. A tooth with active swelling is dressed first and completed once that has settled.

A root-treated back tooth has lost its blood supply and much of its structure, and chewing forces will eventually split it. A crown holds it together. Splitting is the most common reason a root-treated tooth is finally lost, and it is avoidable.

Almost never, when the tooth can be restored. Extraction is quicker and cheaper on the day, and then the neighbouring teeth drift, the opposing tooth over-erupts, and replacing the gap costs several times more. We will tell you plainly when a tooth genuinely is not worth saving.

Yes. Composite bonds to the tooth, so less healthy structure has to be cut away, it matches your own shade, and it can be repaired rather than replaced entirely.

Ten to fifteen years is typical, and often longer. What ends them is nearly always decay or gum disease on the tooth underneath, rather than the crown or bridge itself failing — so how long it lasts depends mostly on cleaning.

For a back tooth, usually yes. Left as a gap, the neighbouring teeth tilt in and the opposing tooth drifts down, which changes the bite and makes replacing it later harder. A bridge is the usual answer, and it is discussed before the extraction rather than after it.

Very often, yes. Composite bonding rebuilds the missing corner directly, in a single visit, and removes little or no tooth — which also means it can be adjusted or undone later. A crown is only needed where too much of the tooth has gone.

Instruments are cleaned, packed and autoclaved between every patient, single-use items are opened in front of you, and surfaces are disinfected between appointments. Ask to be shown — any clinic doing this properly will be glad to explain it.

Yes. Dr Pooja examines, plans and carries out the treatment herself. You are not passed between a consultant, an associate and whoever happens to be free that day, which is the single most common complaint about larger chains.

Where the day allows, yes, and pain is prioritised. Calling first is better — it means you are seen at a time set aside for you rather than waiting between booked patients, and it saves a wasted trip if the list is full.

Yes, and it is a sensible thing to ask for before major treatment. Bring your X-rays and the plan you have been given. You will get an honest view, including when the original plan was the right one.

You will be told so plainly and referred on to someone who does it. A clinic that claims to do everything is not being straight with you.
